As with any Business we have a few hints to make this
a smooth transition for all involved. Below are some
rules we like to follow to accomplish this.
Bookings/Reservations require a 1/2 down deposit 2
weeks prior to stay.
If this is a short notice booking 1/2
down at time of booking is required.
NO Deposit No
space will be held
.
If you have to cancel your booking notice must be
received prior to 48 hours of the scheduled stay and a
refund will be issued less a single day fee for the space
to be used.
For those not canceling prior to 48 hrs no refund will be
issued unless this is an  emergency.
All deposits for those staying will be applied to your
pups stay. Balance due on date of drop off.
Once we have calculated your booking rate. I will gladly send you
an invoice via Paypal.com. Or you can request our mailing
address to send a money order. Thank you.
During the "off" season
we will gladly board your dog(s) with only a 24 hr or less notice.
the "Main" season for boarding is
usually April- the end of September.
Remember we are open
All  YEar round!
Due to the increase of 'dead' doggie beds being left
here for me to dispose of there is a $10 fee per bed
left behind.
Drop off times are between the hours of
9am - 7pm Monday,Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
10am-5pm Saturday
Noon-5pm on Sunday
All Drop off /pickup times are by appointment only!!!!
Unless other arrangements have been made
Pickup times are between the hours of
9am - 7pm 7 days a week
unless prior arrangements are made
There is a $10 fee for late pickups without
prior notification.
Holiday pickup/drop offs & OFF SEASON pickups &
drop offs are subject to prior approval via appointment-
after all I would like to enjoy the holidays too!
Foul weather is an exception to pickup times!
